气囊压力表联合呼吸机用于人工气道监测及护理 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究气囊压力表联合呼吸机在人工气道气囊压力监测中的应用价值。方法选取我院ICU 2015年10月~2017年10月收治的292例建立人工气道患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组各146例,研究组采取气囊压力表联合呼吸机,对照组采取常规手估气囊测压注气,比较两组气囊压力监测效果。结果经过观察两组气囊压力监测情况看出,研究组注气容积、气囊压力水平均较对照组水平降低(t=-8.052,-17.082,P <0.05);且并发症发生率7.53%明显较对照组26.71%低(χ2=12.963,P <0.05);治疗前两组生活质量、镇静-躁动评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.911,1.217,P> 0.05);治疗后研究组各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.784,11.549,P <0.05)。结论气囊压力表联合呼吸机在人工气道气囊压力监测中具有重要意义,明显改善气囊注气容积以及压力水平,避免不必要并发症,安全性较高,改善生活质量。 Objective To study the application value of artificial trachea pressure monitoring and nursing through the endotracheal cuff pressure gage and vespirator. Methods Two hundred and ninety-two patients undergoing the artificial trachea in our ICU from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected. The subjects were randomly assigned to two groups, 146 cases in each group. The study group received the pressure gage and respirator, the control group received the conventional manual estimation on the gas injection conditions. The pressure monitoring effect of two groups were compared. Results After monitoring the pressure of two groups of airbags, the gas injection volume and airbag pressure in the study group were significantly lower than those in control group(t=-8.052, -17.082, P 〈 0.05); The incidence rate of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in control group(7.53% vs. 26.71%), the difference was statistically significan(χ^2=12.963, P 〈 0.05); Before treatment, there were no significant difference between two group in the quality of life and sedation-agitation scores(t=0.911, 1.217, P 〉 0.05); After treatment, the related scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in control group(t=19.784, 11.549, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The endotracheal cuff pressure gage and respirator is of great importance to the monitoring of endotracheal cuff pressure, can greatly improve the gas injection volume and airbag pressure, avoid the unnecessary complications, and increase the clinical safety and quality of life.
