胸痹患者的中西医结合护理干预体会

Experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention for patients with thoracic obstruction

目的分析胸痹患者的中西医结合护理应用效果。方法选择我院心血管内科2015年1月～2016年3月收治的86例胸痹心痛患者,随机分为两组(n=43),对常规组采取一般护理,对实验组采取中西医结合护理,对比两组护理满意度、护理依从性、住院时间、住院费用。结果实验组的护理满意度与依从性均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组患者的住院时间与住院费用均明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对胸痹心痛患者采取中西医结合护理干预模式的应用效果显著可明显改善临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention for patients with thoracic obstruction. Methods Eighty-six patients with thoracic obstruction admitted to our department of cardio cerebral vascular diseases from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups（n=43）. The conventional group was given general nursing, experimental group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention. The nursing care satisfaction compliance, length of hospital stay, hospital expenses were compared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction and compliance of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention model can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and is worth promoting.
