单孔胸腔镜单向式肺叶切除术在治疗肺部疾病的应用

Application of single hole thoracoscopic unidirectional lobectomy surgery in the treatment of pulmonary diseases

目的探讨单孔胸腔镜单向式肺叶切除术在治疗肺部疾病的应用效果,为临床提供参考。方法选取我院收治的42例肺部疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分两组,各21例;对照组进行传统胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗,观察组进行单孔胸腔镜单向式肺叶切除术治疗。比较两组手术时间、切口长度、住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率等。结果手术治疗后,观察组手术时间[(175.32±20.45)min VS (226.41±18.92)min]、切口长度[(4.51±1.22)cm VS (7.32±1.81)cm]、住院时间[(10.25±2.43)d VS (13.28±2.36)d]短于对照组,住院费用[(35192.33±2169.57)元VS (44361.35±2290.14)元]、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论与传统胸腔镜肺叶切除术比较,单孔胸腔镜单向式肺叶切除术的疗效较佳,可缩短手术时间、住院时间,切口长度较短,住院费用较低,并发症发生率较低,是值得推广的微创术式。

Objective To investigate the effect of single hole thoraeoseopie unidirectional lobeetomy surgery in the treatment of pulmonary diseases, and to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods A total of 42 patients with pulmonary diseases in our hospital were selected as the research object, and all them were randomly divided into two groups, 21 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional video-assisted thoracic surgery for the treatment, the observation group was given single hole thoracoscopic unidirectional lobectomy surgery. The time of operation, the length of the incision, the time of hospitalization, the cost of hospitalization and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After surgical treatment, the operation time[（175.32 ± 20.45）min vs. （226.41 ± 18.92） min], incision length[（4.51 ± 1.22）cm vs.（7.32 ± 1.81）cm, hospitalization time[（10.25 ± 2.43）d vs. （13.28 ± 2.36）d] of observation group were shorter than those of control group, the hospitalization cost[（35192.33 ± 2169.57）yuan vs.（44361.35 ± 2290.14） yuan], the complication rate were lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the traditional thoracoscopic lobectomy, the effect of single hole thoracoscopic unidirectional lobectomy surgery has better curative effect, shorter operative time, shorter hospitalization time, shorter incision length, lower hospitalization cost, lower complication rate, and is worth popularizing.
