建立供应室与临床科室沟通协调机制的效果分析

Effect analysis of establishing the communication and coordination mechanism between the supply room and the clinical department

目的对供应室与临床科室沟通协调机制的效果进行分析。方法对2016年7月～2017年7月期间我院供应室与临床科室采取沟通协调机制措施,同时选取我院17个科室中的60名护士填写自制调查问卷,对实施沟通协调机制前后的服务满意度及工作质量进行评分。结果 (1)实施沟通协调机制措施前满意度为85.0%,实施沟通协调机制措施后满意度为98.3%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)实施沟通协调机制措施后护理人员消毒隔离意识、护理服务意识及无菌物品管理质量评分均比实施沟通协调机制措施前评分高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(3)实施前可回收物品交接合格率、无菌包过期率及器械处理合格率分别为75.0%、18.8%及77.5%,实施后可回收物品交接合格率、无菌包过期率及器械处理合格率分别为93.8%、2.5%及96.3%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论实施沟通协调机制措施对供应室与临床科室有着重要的应用价值,有效提高了各科室护士的满意度,同时也提高了供应室工作人员的整体素质,保证了临床的需求,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of establishing the communication and coordination mechanism between the supply room and the clinical department. Methods During the period from July 2016 to July 2017, the communication and coordination mechanism between the the supply room and the clinical department of our hospital was adopted, and 60 nurses from 17 departments of our hospital were selected to fill out the self-made questionnaire at the same time. The service satisfaction and work quality before and after the implementation of communication and coordination mechanism were scored. Results （1）The degree of satisfaction before and after the implementation of the communication and coordination mechanism was 85.0% and 98.3%, respectively, the difference was statistically signifieant（P 〈 0.05）. （2）After the implementation of communication and coordination mechanism measures, the scores of disinfection and isolation consciousness, nursing service consciousness and sterile items management quality of nursing staff were higher than those before the implementation, and the difference was statistically signifieant（P 〈 0.05）. （3）Before implementation, the passing rate of reeyelable articles, the expired rate of sterile bags and the qualified rate of instrument treatment were 75.0%, 18.8% and 77.5%, respectively. After implementation, the passing rate of reeyelable articles, the expired rate of sterile bags and the qualified rate of instrument treatment were 93.8%, 2.5% and 96.3%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of communication and coordination mechanism measures have important application value to the supply room and clinical departments and effectively improve the satisfaction of nurses in all departments. At the same time, the overall quality of the staff in the supply room is also improved, which ensures the clinical needs and is worthy of promotion.
