园艺治疗对长期住院精神分裂症患者生活质量干预

Horticultural Therapy on the Life Quality of Long-term Hospitalized Schizophrenia Patients

目的：探讨园艺治疗活动对长期住院精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法：选择符合入组标准的研究对象共60例,随机分成对照组和观察组各30例,给予对照组常规的医疗照护和药物维持,观察组在药物治疗的基础上给予规范持续的园艺治疗,每周2次,共3个月,所有研究对象均参与基线评估、中期评估和末期评估,采用精神分裂症患者生活质量量表（SQLS））进行生活质量评定。结果：经过12周持续且全面的园艺治疗服务,SQLS量表总分（F=108.16,P〈0.01）、心理社会量表（F=70.61,P〈0.01）、动力和精力量表（F=76.05,P〈0.01）与症状/副作用量表（F=42.16,P〈0.01）的处理效应与时间效应的交互作用均有统计学意义,各量表得分时间主效应有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：园艺治疗活动能显著改善住院精神分裂症患者的生活质量,对长期住院的精神分裂症患者生活质量的提高具有较好的效果。

Objective：To explore the effects of horticultural therapy on the life quality of patients who suffered from schizophrenia and stayer for a long period of hospitalization.Methods：Sixty patients of eligible study were selected,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group（n=30）.The control group was given a routine medical care and drug maintenance and the observation group was given an extra horticultural therapy based on the routine medical care and drug maintenance,with 2 times per week for 3 months.All subjects were required to adopt the schizophrenia quality of life scales（SQLS）to assess their life quality,and researchers recorded the scores of baseline and followed up after 6 and 12 weeks.Results：After 12 weeks of continuous and comprehensive horticultural therapy services,the interaction between treatment effect and time effect in the scores of SQLS and each scale of the two groups were statistically significant（F=108.16,70.16,76.05,42.16;P〈0.01）.Time main effect of each scale score was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Horticultural therapy activities have an obvious effect on improving the life quality of long-term hospitalized schizophrenia patients.
