摘要
研究了β成核剂以及超细滑石粉分别对聚丙烯复合材料力学性能的影响,并采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、正交偏光显微镜、广角X衍射(XRD)对其微观结构和结晶形态进行了表征,并对复合材料力学性能进行了探讨。结果表明:不同成核剂的加入可以改变球晶的形态,使部分α晶型向β晶型转变;同时使PP的结晶速率加快、结晶过程的成核方式和生长机理发生改变,结晶活化能降低,随着不同成核剂的加入,力学性能有显著的提高。
The effect of β nucleating agent and talc powder on the microstructure and crystallization behavior of polypropylene was studied by differential scanning calorimetry and wide angle X-ray diffraction. Meanwhile, the mechanical property of the composite material was also researched.The results showed that, after adding β nucleating agent, the spherulites were refined, and part of α crystalline form was converted to β crystalline form. After adding the nucleating agents, the crystallization rate ofpolypropylene was improved, nucleation mode and growth mechanism of polypropylene were changed, and the mechanical property was improved.
