石墨烯的制备、修饰及其在药物分析中的应用

摘要 讨论了利用水热法制备磁性石墨烯的过程,并对制备出的磁性石墨烯进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析、X射线衍射(XRD)分析。从表征中Fe_3O_4@RGO的结构推测出其对药物具有吸附能力,实验中利用紫外分光光度计测得吸附前后的溶液吸光度来探讨吸附剂对咖啡酸的吸附能力,实验结果测得Fe_3O_4@RGO对咖啡酸的吸附能力达到3.48 mg/g。 The preparation process of magnetic graphenes with the hydro-thermal method was studied. The samples of graphenes were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD).It's concluded that Fe3O4@RGO has adsorption capacity according to characterization results. The absorbability of magnetic graphenes adsorbent to caffeic acid was investigated through measuring the absorbance of solution before and after absorption by UV spectrophotometer. The results indicated that adsorption capacity of Fe3O4@RGO reached 3.48 mg/g for caffeic acid.
