摘要
某加氢裂化装置长期处于低负荷运行状态下,分别对两种不同工况进行比较,发现机泵实际效率低下,已经偏离原设计优选区域,机泵运行过程中无效功耗较大。优化机泵选型,提高机泵功率对节能减排具有重要意义。
A hydrocracking unit has been operating under low load for a long time. In this case, the actual efficiency of the pump seriously deviates from the design value under different working conditions, and invalid power consumption is big. So it is of great significance to choose reasonable model and improve the efficiency of machine pump.
