95S抗硫管道理化及腐蚀检测分析

Analysis on Physicochemical Properties and Corrosion Resistance of 95S Sulfur-resistant Oil and Gas Pipeline

管道抗腐蚀性能分析评价对油气管道储运工程管理具有重要的意义,针对95S抗硫材质管道进行了理化及腐蚀检测分析,实验结果表明,该类管道材质基本满足相关的技术标准,抗硫和抗腐蚀效果较好,腐蚀速率平均为1 mm/a,未见局部腐蚀。

The analysis and evaluation of corrosion resistance of pipeline is of great significance to the management ofoil and gas pipeline storage and transportation engineering. In this paper, the physicochemical property analysis and corrosion detection of 95S sulfur-resistant pipeline were carried out. The experimental results showed that this kind of pipe material basically met the relevant technical standards, the sulfur resistance and corrosion resistance were better, the corrosion rate was 1 mm/a, and the local corrosion was not found.
