摘要 针对油田开发中后期地层出砂严重、流体性质复杂,造成抽油泵堵卡,从而影响采油效果的问题。分析了目前采油工艺的应用现状,对管柱结构进行了优化,设计了自喷和酸化压裂一体化管柱,节约了完井成本及时间。探讨了多种采油工艺的适应性,设计了抽油机井井下管柱结构。并针对注水水质,提出了相关的要求,为采油工艺的实施提供借鉴。 In view of the serious sand production and complicated fluid properties in the middle and later stage of oilfield development, the blockage problem of oil well pump often happens, which can affect the effect of oil recovery. In this paper, current application ofoil extraction technology was analyzed. The structure of pipe column was optimized. The integrated pipe column of self injection and acidification was designed, and the cost and time of completion were saved. The adaptabilities of various oil recovery technologies were discussed, and the downhole pipe string structure of pumping wells was designed. The relevant requirements were put forward according to the water quality of injected water, which could provide some reference for the implementation of oil recovery process.
