摘要
由于我国大气环境质量形势日趋紧张,国家发布了多项政策法规,要求进行VOCs管控。近年来,石油化工企业VOCs的排放是亟待解决的环境问题之一。本文以某大型炼厂储运罐区系统所排放的VOCs为研究对象,采用环境友好、安全可靠的工艺技术,使得处理后的油气排放符合相关标准要求,大大改善周边大气环境质量。同时本项目的工程设计具有良好的社会效益和一定的经济效益。
Due to the increasingly deterioration of atmospheric environmental quality in China, the state has issued a number of policies and regulations, requiring the reduction of VOCs emission. In recent years, VOCs emission from petrochemical enterprises is one of the urgent environmental problems to be solved. In this paper, the VOCs emission of storage and transportation tank system in a large refinery was taken as the research object; environment friendly, safe and reliable technology was used to make the emission gas after treatment meet the relevant standards. Meanwhile, the design of this project has good social benefits and certain economic benefits.
