基于道化学火灾爆炸指数法的化工企业安全评价研究

Research of the Safety Evaluation of Chemical Enterprise Based on Dow Chemical Fire and Explosion Index Method

化工企业因为本身的特点,生产过程中涉及的物料大多具有易燃易爆性、生产工艺多为高温高压、火灾爆炸事故多发,使其具有极大的危险性。实施安全评价是及时发现安全隐患并采取安全对策措施的有效途径。本文通过对道化学火灾爆炸指数法进行系统分析研究,并应用该方法对某化工企业进行实际安全评价,确定了该企业火灾爆炸危险等级,并根据评价结果提出了相应的安全对策措施。

Due to chemical enterprises＇ characteristics, most of materials in the production process are flammable and explosive, the production process has characteristics of high temperature and high pressure, fire and explosion accidents often happen. Implementing safety evaluation is an effective way to find hidden safety danger and take countermeasures. In this paper, the Dow chemical fire and explosion index method was studied, and the safety evaluation of an actual chemical enterprise based on it was carried out, the fire and explosion risk level of the enterprise was determined, and the corresponding security measures were put forward according to the evaluation results.
