我国航空航天医学教育体系和模式的改革建议

Reform proposals for Chinese aerospace medicine education system and mode

随着我国航空兵部队的转型发展、作战时域和空域的拓展以及武器装备的更新和提升,目前的航空航天医学教育体系和培养的人才已经不能适应和满足航空兵部队发展的需求。因此,必须大力推进我国航空航天医学教育体系和模式的改革,在总结我国航空航天医学教育经验的基础上,借鉴和吸收俄罗斯和美国等军事强国航空航天医学教育的先进理念和做法,建设适合我国国情、国防建设和航空兵部队发展实际的中国特色航空航天医学教育新模式和新体系,培养有使命担当、业务精良、素质全面的高素质航空航天医学人才,为建设强大的人民空军和强大的国防服务。

With the transformation of air force, the expansion of operational time domain and airspace and the upgrading of weapons and equipments, the current aerospace medicine system and trained talents have failed to meet the needs of the development of air force. Hence, it＇s imperative to vigorously promote the reform of aerospace medicine education system and mode in China. Based on the summary of our teaching experience, we should learn the advanced ideas and practices of aerospace medicine education from other military powers like Russia and America to set up a new aerospace medicine education system and mode with Chinese characteristics, which are suitable for China＇s national conditions, national defense construction and the de,~elopment of air force, and to foster responsible, skilled and all-round talents in aerospace medicine who can serve for building a strong air force and powerful national defense.
