摘要
护理是卫生保健行业中公认压力最大的岗位之一。现今,护理人员职业认同感普遍较低,离职率越来越高,这直接影响了医院护理工作质量,也间接影响着在职人员的工作情绪和心理健康。本文旨在了解军队综合性医院护理人员职业压力的主要来源,分析影响职业压力的主要因素,并从医院和护理人员自身两个角度提出具体对策。
Nursing is one of the most stressful occupations in the health care industry. Nowadays, the turnover rate of nursing staff is getting higher and higher. Most of them have a low sense of career identity. This would inevitably affect the quality of hospital care, and also affect the working mood and mental health of in-service staff. This article aims to understand the main sources of occupational stress of nurses in military general hospitals and the main factors influencing occupational stress, also put forward specific countermeasures from two aspects of hospital and nursing staff themselves.
