摘要 为实现在线实时快速激光检测CH_4气体浓度,并保证传感器对分辨率的性能要求,通过分析不同气室长度对不同浓度CH_4气体对应的分辨率影响曲线,按照相同光程长度对应的分辨率值对应相乘,获得分辨率乘积效应值,得出气室光程长度设定在4~6 cm范围内能最大限度满足对分辨率的性能要求,开发了基于TDLAS技术的全量程激光CH_4传感器透射型测量气室,有效光程为5 cm,并综合考虑了气室结构的响应速度、防水防尘、温度压力补偿等因素,并详细阐述了测量气室的装调工艺。试验表明,该传感器在0~10%浓度范围内的测量误差小于±0.05%CH_4,在10%~100%浓度范围内的测量误差小于真值的±5%。 In order to quickly detect CH_4 gas in real time and ensure the sensor's performance requirements for resolution, a transmission type air chamber of full-range laser CH_4 sensor, based on TDLAS technology,has been developed. By analyzing the resolution influence curve between different gas chamber lengths and different concentrations of CH_4 gas,and multiplying the resolution value of the same optical path length,the gas chamber with length in the range of 4 ~6 cm can meet the performance requirements as much as possible. The effective path length of the air chamber is 5 cm.The air chamber structure takes into account for response speed, waterproof and dustproof, temperature and pressure compensation and other factors, and the assembly and adjustment process has been expounded in detail. Test has shown that the measurement error in the range of 0%~10% is less than±0.05%CH_4,and the measurement error is less than ±5% of the true value in the range of 10%~100%.
