为检测设计开发的φ73 mm孔底马达性能,开发了孔底马达性能试验系统,该系统能实时记录所有试验数据,并且能以表格和曲线形式输出。通过孔底马达性能试验表明性能试验系统设计合理、性能稳定可靠、自动化程度高,为煤矿用φ73 mm孔底马达的设计和质量评估提供了技术指导。

To test the performance of φ73 mm downhole motor by designed,the performance test system of downhole motor was developed,which can record all the test data in real time, and can output test data in the form of tables and curves. It shows that the design of performance test system is reasonable, the performance is stable and reliable, and automation degree is very high through the performance test,which provides technical guidance for the design and quality evaluation of φ73 mm downhole motor in coal mine.
