摘要
根据CH_4传感器检测原理进行对比分析,在此基础上,提出一种具有压力补偿的激光CH_4传感器设计方案,详细介绍传感器检测原理、压力补偿和温度补偿模型建立以及关键模块的设计,并对传感器进行常态基本误差、响应时间性能测试、压力影响及温度影响实验。实验结果表明:该传感器不仅在常态精度高、响应快,而且在不同压力和不同温度环境下检测精度也比较高,完全满足瓦斯抽放系统管道中瓦斯监测的应用。
Based on the comparison of CH_4 sensor detection principle,proposing a design scheme of pressure compensated laser CH_4 sensor. It introduces in detail the sensor detection principle, pressure and temperature compensation model and the design of key modules. Perform the experiment of normal basic error, response time performance, the influence of pressure and temperature on the sensor. The result of experiment shows this sensor is not only high precision in normal state and fast response, but also high detection accuracy under different pressure and temperature environments, which fully meet the gas monitoring application in pipe of gas drainage system.
