机械液压系统稳定性建模及仿真研究

摘要 以机械中的湿式制动器液压系统作为研究对象,对湿式制动器的工作原理进行阐述,对湿式制动液压系统的结构进行具体分析,构建液压系统动静态特性分析模型,并利用MATLAB软件和液压系统的参数对上述的动静态特性模型进行仿真。结果表明泄漏系数与液压系统的稳定性有很大的关系。通过降低泄漏系数,可提高液压系统运行稳定性。 The wet brake hydraulic system in machinery is taken as the research object. The working principle of the wet brake is expounded, and the structure of the wet brake hydraulic system is analyzed in detail, which lays the foundation for subsequent research. Based on the above structure, the dynamic and static characteristic analysis model of the hydraulic system is constructed, and the dynamic and static characteristic model is simulated by MATLAB software and parameters of the hydraulic system. The results show that the leakage coefficient is closely related to the stability of the hydraulic system. By reducing the leakage coefficient, the operation stability of the hydraulic system can be improved.
