摘要
球轴承在受到冲击载荷作用时,可能会失效,因此有必要对球轴承的抗冲击性能进行研究。球轴承抗冲击性能受轴承具体结构影响,这些影响因素包括轴承钢球直径、钢球个数、节圆直径、内外沟曲率半径等。通过改变深沟球轴承6208结构参数的大小,沿轴向对轴承进行加载,对其进行冲击响应分析,发现钢球个数越多、钢球直径越大、内外沟曲率系数越小,钢球与轴承套圈接触处的最大应力和变形就越小,轴承的抗冲击性能越强,轴承节圆直径的变化对轴承抗冲击性能影响不大。研究结果对轴承的抗冲击设计有一定的指导和参考价值。
Bearings may fail possibly when them are loaded by shock load, so the anti-shock analysis and research of bearings are needed. The anti-shock capability of bearings is affected by the bearing structure, the affected factors include the ball diameter, the number of balls, the pitch diameter of ball set, the radius of inner and outer raceway groove. The ball values of structure parameter of 6208 bearing were changed,and loaded the bearing from the axis direction to analyze the shock response,and last found that adding the number of balls or increasing the ball diameter,or reducing the groove curvature coefficients of inner and outer ring can enhance the anti-shock capability of the bearing.Change of pitch diameter of bearing feebly affect the anti-imbalance load capacity of bearing. The result of the research has instructional and referenced value to the anti-shock design of bearings.
