摘要
针对煤矿井下机电运输过程中经常发生溜车、跑车的问题,提出将气动阻车技术应用于煤矿井下机电运输中,介绍了气动阻车器工作原理,设计了一种气动阻车器并使用ANSYS软件对其结构进行仿真分析,同时将其应用到煤矿井下机电运输工程实践中。研究分析和实践结果表明:设计的气动阻车器能够满足当前煤矿井下机电运输使用要求。
In order to solve the problem of slipped and sports cars in the underground electromechanical transportation process of coal mines, the application of aerodynamic vehicle blocking technology in coal mine underground electromechanical transportation was proposed. The working principle of pneumatic vehicle stopper was introduced. A pneumatic vehicle stopper was designed and the software of ANSYS was used to carry on the simulation analysis to its structure, simultaneously applied it to the coal mine underground electromechanical transportation engineering practice. The analysis of research and practical results showed that the pneumatic vehicle stopper designed to meet the requirements of the current underground coal mine electromechanical transportation.
