塞规是一种用于检测大批量、单一孔径尺寸的量具,圆柱形状、两端分别为通端和止端,当通端通过被测孔径、而止端不能通过时,则被测孔径是合格的。由于被测孔径尺寸是不同的,而塞规的被测尺寸却是单一的。为了减少塞规种类、提高测量效率和测量精度,提高量规检验的灵活性和适应度,使其具有一定的可扩展性,方便实现多规格、非标孔轴合格性的检验。设计了一款多尺寸一体化新型塞规,解决了实际测量过程中,被测尺寸单一、避免携带多个量规工作的缺陷,通止规一体化的设计使测量过程无需掉头、节省工作时间、操作简单等优点。

The plug gauge, a measuring tool used to measure the size of a large number of single aperture,is designed in cylindrical shape with go-side and no-go side. When the go-side can pass the measured hole diameter and the no-go side cannot pass,the measured hole diameter is qualified.Because of the variety of the measured hole and the singleness of the plug gauge, in order to reduce the types of the plug gauge used, and improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy,a new integrated multi-dimension plug gauge is designed with the characteristics of flexibility and fitness gauge detection,which can achieve more convenient specifications, non-standard hole axis eligibility examination,to solve the problems in the process of actual measurement, such as the singleness of measured size,defects of carrying multiple gauges,based on the advantage of no turn-around,simple operation,time saving, and so on.
