摘要
介绍了铸焊刮板输送机链轮组件在使用过程中出现漏油的问题原因分析,并提出了对链轮组件的内部结构型式进行优化改进,以此提高链轮的使用寿命,降低用户使用成本,为以后设计链轮组件时提供参考依据。
Focusing on the analysis of the causes of oil leakage in the sprocket assembly of cast-welding scraper conveyor, and puts forward the optimization and improvement of the internal structure of sprocket in order to improve the sprocket＇s service life and reduce the user＇s cost. Provide reference for future design of sprocket components.
