陕西高校知识产权贯标创新实践的思考

Practice of Innovation and Development of Carrying out Intellectual Property Rights Management Standard in Colleges and Universities of Shaanxi

以陕西高校为对象,通过实际调研,对陕西高校专利申请与授权的总体态势进行统计分析,并以陕西高校知识产权贯标工作实践、机制改进为主要内容,分别从政府层面、高校层面探索建立起系统规范的贯标工作机制和改进策略,进一步推动和保障陕西高校知识产权贯标成效。

This paper takes colleges and universities in Shaanxi as the main object,through the data collection and practical research,makes statistical analysis of the overall situation of Shaanxi universities patent application and authorization,taking the intellectual property standards implementation work practice and mechanism improvement as the main contents.Respectively,this paper explores and establishes the systematic and normative working mechanism of carrying out the standard and improving strategies from the government and the university level,in order to achieve the state with ＂ leadership support,full participation,basic guarantee,process control and orderly manner＂,and to further promote and protect intellectual property rights standard affections in Shaanxi.
