Two Mountains Theory and Its Practical Significance from the Perspective of Ecological Philosophy

生态文明建设是我国"五大建设"之一,是实现可持续发展的关键一环。"两山"理论的提出,彰显了国家对生态文明建设的高度重视,是对人与自然关系深刻而全面的解读。"两山"理论既是认知范式的革新,亦是文化观念的转变,更是人们行动的指南。"两山"理论象征着新的生态形势下文化观念的转型,即从传统人类中心论过渡到现代人类中心论,从"自然人"转变为"文化人",从科学理性迈向代表时代精神的生态理性。"两山"理论的生态哲学内涵为我国的生态文明建设奠定了理论基调,同时推进了生态实践转向。

The construction of ecological civilization is one of the ＂five major constructions＂ in China, and it is also a key link in achieving sustainable development. The proposition of Two Mountains Theory shows that the country attaches great impor- tance to the construction of ecological civilization. Which is a profound and comprehensive interpretation of the relationship be- tween man and nature. The Two Mountains theory is not only an innovation of cognitive paradigm, but also a change of cultural concept and a guide to people＇s action. Two Mountains Theory symbolizes the transformation of cultural ecology theory in new eco- logical situation, from the traditional anthropocentrism transition to modern anthropoeentrism, the transition from ＂ natural per- son＂ to ＂culture＂, scientific rationality to ecological rationality which representing the spirit of the times. The ecological philoso- phy connotation of the Two Mountains Theory has laid a theoretical foundation for the construction of ecological civilization in Chi- na, at the same time, it has promoted the turning of ecological practice.
