新时期我国西部农村地区公共文化产品供给问题研究

On the Supply of Public Cultural Products in the Rural Areas of Western China in the New Era

公共文化产品的供给对促进西部农村地区的稳定和发展具有重要意义。我国目前已经进入中国特色社会主义新时代,发展不平衡不充分问题依然严峻,特别是西部农村地区公共文化产品的供给问题日益突出,需要结合西部地区人文地理环境的特殊性,采取有效手段予以促进和加强。要加大中央专项财政转移补助,创新农村公共文化产品供给的手段和方式,加强农村公共文化人才队伍建设,构建多元主体的文化供给格局。

The supply of public cultural products has great significance for promoting the stability and development of western rural areas. China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. But the problem of insufficient and un- balanced development is still serious. Especially, the supply of public cultural products in western rural areas is becoming in- creasingly prominent. It is necessary to take effective measures to promote the supply of public cultural products in combination with the particularity of the human geographical environment of western areas. We should increase the central special financial transfer subsidy, innovate the ways of supply, strengthen the construction of rural public cultural talents, and build a multi-sub- ject cultural supply pattern.
