摘要
文本在一般DEA模型的基础上构建了一种可以同时使用基于规模报酬不变(Constant Returns to Scale,CRS)、规模报酬可变(Variable Return to Scale,VRS)和规模报酬非增(None-Increasing Returns-to-Scale,NIRS)假设的对偶DEA模型,通过对新疆高校重点学科建设绩效进行验证性实证研究,结果证明对偶DEA模型在测度学科建设效率方面的有效性和可行性,为提高学科建设资源的使用效率探索了新的理论依据和科学方法。
The coupling DEA model of CRS （constant returns to scale）, VRS （variable return to scale） and NIRS （none- increasing, returns-to-scale） used at the same time is constructed based on DEA model in this paper. The effectiveness and feasibility of the coupling of DEA model are proved by the results of the measurement performance on key discipline construction in the universities of Xinjiang. The theoretical basis and new scientific methods are explored to improve the utilization efficiency of key scientific construction of resources.
