科技与文化深度融合,不仅是提高科技、文化产业竞争力的必然趋势,也是优化产业结构、推动经济转型升级的有效措施。"十三五"是新疆科学跨越、后发赶超的关键期,必须充分发挥社会主义先进文化的引领作用和科技的支撑作用,统筹推进科技、文化创新的持续发展和全面融合。文本总体概括新疆文化科技发展现状,结合实际情况对新疆文化与科技融合发展的比较优势进行了分析,并就如何加快推进新疆文化科技的融合发展,勾勒了基本框架,提出相关对策和建议。
