摘要
沉管隧道接头是整个结构中最薄弱的环节,其刚度及变形特征对结构安全至关重要。当隧道下卧地层刚度不均匀时,接头变形将更加复杂,因此有必要对沉管隧道在不均匀地层条件下的接头特性进行深入分析。文章基于某沉管隧道工程,建立了三维精细化有限元模型,进行沉管隧道接头部件分析计算,对钢剪切键及混凝土剪切键的力学特性进行了深入研究,得到其剪切刚度取值。之后利用上述研究成果,建立三维壳-弹簧沉管管节模型,对隧道整体变形情况进行分析。考虑地基的不均匀性,进行多工况计算,分析沉管隧道接缝变形情况,验证接头结构的可靠性。
The joints of immersed tunnels are the weakest part in the whole structure, and its stiffness and behavior of deformation are critical to the structural safety, so it's necessary to analyze the behaviors of tunnel joints considering effects of the non-uniform ground. When the stiffness of the underlying ground of the tunnel is not uniform, the joint deformation will be more complicated. In this paper, the three-dimensional finite element model is used to analyze the characteristics of the joint components in the immersed tunnel based on a real project. The mechanical properties of the steel shear key and concrete shear key are studied and their shear stiffness values are obtained. Then a three-dimensional shell-spring tunnel model is established, in which the results of ahove research are applied and the non-uniformity of the ground is considered. The deformation of the immersed tunnel joint is analyzed to verify the reliability of the joint structure.
