吻合器痔上黏膜环切术与传统痔切除术治疗痔的疗效对比分析

Comparison Analysis on the Effects of PPH and Routine Hemorrhoidectomy for Treating Hemorrhoids

为比较吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)与传统痔切除术治疗痔的临床效果,选取2016年1月至2017年8月我院收治的94例痔患者进行研究,随机分为2组,各47例,分别予以PPH(观察组)和传统痔切除术(对照组)治疗。对比2组临床总有效率、手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛程度。结果显示,2组临床总有效率比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。观察组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分均少于对照组,P <0.05。观察组术后并发症发生率和复发率均明显低于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,PPH治疗痔疗效确切,手术时间短,术中出血少,并发症少,患者痛苦小,临床应用价值更高。

To compare the clinical effects of PPH and routine hemorrhoidectomy for treating hemorrhoids 94 cases of hemorrhoids were enrolled in this study who admitted to be subject to surgery from Jan. 2016 to Aug. 2017 in author＇s hospital,and randomly divided into observation group（ n =47,received PPH） and control one （ n = 47, routine hemorrhoidectomy）, then both groups′total effective rate, operative time, hos- pital stay,intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative pain degree were compared. As results,in total ef- fective rate there was no statistical difference between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）;but in operative time, hospital stay,intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative pain score, and in postoperative complica- tion incidence and recurrence rate observation group was respectively less and lower than control one（all, P 〈0.05）.Results show that PPH for hemorrhoids is of certain effect,of shorter operative time,of less in-traoperative bleeding,of less postoperative complications,of milder patients pain,which has higher clinical application value.
