体表高频超声联合腔内超声术前诊断肛周脓肿的价值分析

Body Surface High-frequency Ultrasound Combined with Intracavitary Ultrasound in the Preoperatively Diagnosing Perianal Abscess:Value Analysis

为探讨体表高频超声联合腔内超声术前诊断肛周脓肿的价值,回顾术后诊断为肛周脓肿的43例患者资料,患者术前均进行体表高频超声联合腔内超声诊断,统计术前超声诊断符合率。结果显示,43例患者,术前超声共诊断肛周脓肿47处,合并瘘管形成27例,与术后诊断符合率为100%。术前超声诊断坐骨直肠间隙脓肿8例,合并瘘管形成5例;术后诊断坐骨直肠间隙脓肿9例,合并瘘管形成5例。超声诊断坐骨直肠窝脓肿符合率为88.89%(8/9),瘘管形成诊断符合率为100%。结果表明,体表高频超声联合腔内超声对肛周脓肿的术前诊断具有积极意义,同时对坐骨直肠间隙脓肿及其继发的瘘管形成的诊断亦具有较高的准确性。

This study was to explore the value of body surface high-frequency ultrasound plus intracavitary ultrasound in preoperatively diagnosing perianal abscess, retrospectively analysed 43 cases′ data who were confirmed as perianal abscess after surgery, before surgery they were all inspected by using body surface high-frequency ultrasound combined with intracavitary ultrasound, statistically estimated the rate of ac- cordance of preoperative diagnosis with postoperative one.As results, before surgery inspected perianal ab- scess was in 47 sites,complicated fistula tract formation was in 27 cases,the accordance rate was 100% to that after surgery （i.e 47 sitz,27 cases）,meanwhile, before surgery inspected ischiorectal abscess was in 8 cases, complicated fistula tract formation was in 5 cases,while after surgery,the former was in 9 cases and the latter was in 5 cases,the rate in inspecited ischiorectal abscess,and inspected complicated fistula forma- tion was respectively 88.89%（8/9） and 100%（5/5）.Results show that above combined ultrasound for pre- operative diagnosing perianal abscess has active significance, at the same time for diagnosing ischiorectal abscess and complicated fistula tract formation also has higher accuracy.
