致康胶囊用于混合痔术后的临床研究

Application of Zhikang Capsule after Mixed Hemorrhoids Surgery:Clinical Research

为观察致康胶囊在混合痔术后的应用效果,将60例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组术后给予致康胶囊口服,1.2 g/次,3次/d,连续口服7 d,同时外用1.5 g致康胶囊混悬于10 mL连栀矾溶液内保留灌肠,每天1次,连续5 d;对照组给予10 mL连栀矾溶液保留灌肠,每天1次,连续5 d。对比观察2组患者术后不同时间创口水肿、出血、疼痛、黏膜损伤情况。结果显示,术后第4天,2组除肛缘水肿方面无明显差异外,治疗组肛门疼痛、出血、黏膜损伤修复情况均优于对照组,P <0.05;术后第7天,治疗组肛门疼痛、出血、肛缘水肿、黏膜损伤修复情况均优于对照组,P<0.05。术后1个月内,2组均无复发病例。结果表明,致康胶囊内服外用于混合痔术后,可减轻肛门疼痛、水肿、出血情况,促进黏膜损伤修复。

To observe the efficacy of Zhikang capsule applied after the surgery for mixed hemorrhoids, 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（ n=30,oral administration of this capsule 1.2 g/time,3 times/d, for 7 days, at the same time externally dressing： this capsule 1.5 g suspended in 10 mL of Lianzhi- fan solution for retention enema,1 time/d,for 5 days） and control one（ n =30,10 mL of Lianzhifan solu- tion for retention enema,1 time/d,for 5 days）,then both＇s status on wound edema,bleeding,pain and mu- cosa injuried at different time-point were compared.As results,on the 4th days except for ano-edge edema having no significant difference rest three issues of treatment group were all superior to that of control group（ P〈0.05）;on the 7th day,also did so（ P 〈0.05） ; until 1 month after surgery,no recurrence cases were found in both groups. Results show that internally and externally administering this capsule after mixed hemorrhoids surgery can all alleviate pain,edema and bleeding and promote repairing mucosa inju- ried.
