以家庭为中心护理模式在肠造口患儿中的应用效果观察

Application Efficacy Observation of Family-centered Care Mode Used in Child-patients Undergoing Enterostomy

为探讨以家庭为中心护理模式在肠造口患儿中的应用效果,选择我院2014年10月至2017年10月于我科行肠造口的56例患儿进行研究,随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各28例,对照组按照整体护理模式进行护理,试验组按照以家庭为中心的护理模式进行护理,对比2组患儿造口的护理效果、患儿家长对造口护理知识的掌握程度及对护理工作的满意度。结果显示,试验组造口及其周围皮肤情况优于对照组,P <0.05;患儿家长对造口护理知识的掌握情况优于对照组,P<0.05;且对护理满意度高于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,以家庭为中心的模式护理,可提高患儿家长对造口护理方法的掌握,从而提高造口护理效果,进而提高护理工作满意度。

To investigae the efficacy of family-centered care （FCC） mode used in infant-patients undergoing enterostomy,56 cases who admitted in author＇s dept. and to be subject to enterostomy（2014-10--2017-10） were randomly divided into trial group and control one（ n =28,for each）, which the former received FCC mode nursing,the latter received holistic nursing, then both groups′ nursing efficacy, the parents′ parent mastering degree about enterostomy knowledge, and satisfactory degree to nursing was compared. As re- sults,in situation of stoma and its surrounding skin,in parent＇s mastering degree as well as in satisfactory degree the rood ry d e can egree former was respectively superior,higher than the latter（all, P 〈0.05）.Results show that FCC enhance mastering degree about stoma nursing, so that improve nursing efficacy, uplift satisfacto- ry degree to nursing.
