优质护理在婴幼儿肛门疾病围手术期的应用体会

Application Experience of Top Quality of Nursing at Perioperation of Infantile Anorectal Diseases

为探讨婴幼儿肛门疾病围手术期应用优质护理的临床效果,将2016年3～8月于我科行手术治疗的75例肛门疾病患儿作为对照组(围手术期实施常规护理干预),2016年9月至2017年2月收治的75例患儿作为观察组(围手术期实施优质护理干预),比较2组手术指标、家属对护理的满意度及患儿身体状况。结果显示,观察组导尿管留置时间、残余尿量和住院时间均少于对照组,P <0.05;观察组患儿家属对护理满意度及患儿身体状况评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,在婴幼儿肛门疾病围手术期实施优质护理干预能有效改善其身体状况,缩短导尿管留置时间及住院时间,同时可提高家属对护理的满意度。

To investigate the effect of the top quality of nursing at perioperation of infantile anorectal dis- ease,the 75 cases of this disease who admitted in author＇s department（2016-03--2016-08） and to be subject to surgery were enrolled as control group（ routine nursing）,rest 75 cases（2016-09--2017-02） as observa- tion one（the top quality of nursing） ;then in both groups operative norms, patients relatives＇ satisfactory de- gree to nursing, as well as infant-patient body＇s condition were compared.As results, in catheter-indwelling time, residual urine volume and hospitalization time, and in patients relatives′ satisfactory degree to nursing and the score on patient＇s body condition, observation group was respectively less and higher than control group（all, P〈0.05）.Results show that the top quality of nursing can effectively improve body condition, shorten the time of catheter-indwelling, and of hospital stay, and enhance satisfactory degree to nursing.
