急性肠缺血性疾病患者急诊护理干预的效果分析

Efficacy Analysis of Emergency Nursing Intervention on Acute Intestinal Ischemic Diseases

为探讨急性肠缺血性疾病患者接受急诊护理干预的效果,将2016年7月17日至2018年3月26日于急诊就诊的72例急性肠缺血性疾病患者进行研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予急诊护理干预,对比2组并发症发生率、护理满意度及患者生存质量。结果显示,观察组并发症发生率(2.78%, 1/36)明显低于对照组(19.44%,7/36),P <0.05。观察组护理满意度(97.22%,35/36)明显高于对照组(72.22%,26/36),P<0.05。观察组患者生存质量评分均明显高于对照组, P <0.05。结果表明,急诊护理干预急性肠缺血性疾病患者,能够降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,改善其生活质量,值得应用及推广。

To investigate the efficacy of emergency nursing intervention on acute intestinal ischemic disease （AIID） ,72 AIID patients who received emergency treatment in author＇s hospital （2016-07-17--2018-03-26） were randomly divided into control group（routine nursing, n =36） and observation one（energency nurs- ing, n =36）,then both groups′ complication incidence,satisfactory degree to nursing and patients′ quality of life were compared.As results,in complication incidence,in satisfaction degree to nursing,and in quality of life observation group was respectively lower（2.78%,1/36 vs 19.44%,7/36） ,higher （97.22%,35/36 vs 72.22% ,26/36） and higher than control group（all, P 〈0.05）.Results show that emergency nursing inter- vention on AIID patients can reduce their complication incidence, enhance satisfaction degree to nursing, improve their quality of life.It is worthy of popularization and application.
