In the CCP＇s discourse system,folk sayings and proverbs that express profound truths in simple language are often included,which including the ＂ cat theory.＂ However,unlike other sayings and proverbs, ＂cat theory＂ is widely used and has far-reaching effects in the CCP＇s discourse system,including ＂cats and mice＂ that focus on the revolutionary struggle,and ＂ mouse sees cats＂ in the relationship between the parties,the ＂ White cat black cat＂ prevailing before and after the reform and opening up,which has formed a unique discourse with certain connotations.The use of ＂cat theory＂ at different levels is always associated with a certain historical background and the environment of the times.It is not handy and arbitrarily used,so it should be understood and recognized comprehensively and objectively.
