L-丙交酯与ε-己内酯共聚物的制备与表征

Preparation and Characterization of Poly(L-lactide-co-ε- caprolactone)

摘要 以低毒辛酸亚锡为催化剂,L-丙交酯与ε-己内酯为原料,聚四氟乙烯管为模具,采用一步法开环聚合成型三种无规共聚物P(LLA-CL)棒。利用核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪对共聚物棒进行性能分析,利用扫描电镜观察共聚物棒脆断断面的微观形态。结果表明:合成的聚合物为无规共聚物,共聚比例接近投料比;改变ε-己内酯的含量可改变共聚物的结晶形态,也可调节共聚物力学性能。此结果为共聚物P(LLA-CL)在医疗器械方面的应用具有一定价值。 Three kinds of random copolymer P(LLA-CL) rods were prepared by one-step ring-opening polymerizing molding from the L-lactide and ε-caprolactone with low toxicity stannous octoate as catalyst, and PTFE tubes were used as mould. The properties of copolymer rods were analyzed by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectrum, differential scanning calorimeter and thermogravimetric analyzer. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the micromorphology of the brittle fracture section of the eopolymer rods. The results showed that the synthesized polymers were random copolymers, the copolymerization ratio was close to the feed ratio. Changing the content of ε-caprolactone could change the crystalline morphology and adjust the mechanical properties of copolymer. The results are valuable for the application of copolymer P(LLA-CL) in medical devices.
