摘要
交流传动牵引系统中非正弦变频信号具有频率、幅值变化范围宽和谐波含量大等特点。为准确而快速地计算出此类信号的特征值,文章介绍了交流传动测试系统的基本原理,详细分析并验证其数据处理算法中整周期快速截取、整周期数选定、谐波分析及功率计算方法,软件数据处理精度达1‰。现场验证结果显示该测试系统计算的有功功率与功率分析仪测试结果相对误差在5‰以内,系统精度满足标准要求。
For non-sinusoidal frequency conversion signal in AC drive traction system, its variation range of amplitude and frequency is wide, and harmonic content is large. In order to accurately and quickly calculate the characteristic values of the signal, this paper firstly introduced the basic principle of an AC drive test system, then analyzed in detail and test the data processing algorithm for full cycle fast interception, whole cycle number selection, harmonic analysis and power calculation, and the results show that the degree of software data processing accuracy is of 1 ‰. The field test results verified that the relative error of the calculated active powers between the test system and the power analyzer is within 5‰, and the system accuracy meets the standard requirements.
