摘要
专业学位教育的本质属性是学术性与职业性的统一,与学术学位教育的根本区别突出表现在其人才培养模式上。以世界一流医学院哈佛大学医学院医学博士专业学位教育人才培养模式为例,从培养目标、招生要求、课程体系、教学模式、师资构成、学位授予等方面对其进行深入研究,同时对比分析了其与医学博士学术学位教育人才培养模式的异同,最后提出了提升我国医学专业学位教育质量保障的对策和建议。
The key attribute of professional degree education is the integration of academic and professional features.Take Harvard Medical School as an example to explore its cultivation approach for professional medical talents,based on the comparative study between the cultivation approaches in Doctor of Medicine degree and that in Ph.D.Degree of Medicine from the perspectives of cultivating aims,recruitment requirements,curriculum structure,faculty and degree-granting,with the purpose to give more suggestions to improve the medical professional degree education in our country.
