高校实验技术人员如何兼顾教学与实验室管理

How to Balance the Teaching and Laboratory Management of Experimental Technicians in Colleges and Universities

高校实验技术人员既承担着实践教学任务,还肩负着实验室的管理。实践教学不同于理论教学,要求实验技术人员在充分了解自己的岗位职责、认清工作现状的基础上,切实完成好自己的教学任务;而实验室管理是一项长期且繁琐的工作,它与实践教学相辅相成,共同发挥作用,对于实验技术人员来说实验室管理和教学同等重要。所以针对如何兼顾教学和实验室的管理,本文提出了三个平衡,努力做好这三个平衡,既能提高教学质量,又能加强实验室管理。

The experimental technicians in colleges and universities not only undertake the practical teaching tasks,but also shoulder the management of the laboratory.Practice teaching is different from theoretical teaching.It requires experimental technicians to effectively complete their teaching tasks on the basis of fully understanding their job responsibilities and recognizing the status quo of work.Laboratory management is a long-term and tedious task.Practice teaching complements each other and works together.Laboratory management and teaching are equally important for experimental technicians.Therefore,in view of how to balance the management of teaching and laboratory,this paper proposes three balances,and strives to do these three balances,which can not only improve the quality of teaching,but also strengthen laboratory management.
