"95后"已经成为大学校园的主要学生群体。置身于渴望独立的他们与关心则乱的"70后"父母之间,高校辅导员的工作正面临着越来越多新的挑战。本文从一起学生突发危机事件案例出发,对辅导员如何处理与新时代学生及其家长的关系问题进行了一些探讨与思考。

＂Post-95s＂ has become the main student group on the university campus.Between the ＂post-70s＂ parents who are eager for independence and the ＂post-70s＂ parents who care about chaos,the work of college counselors is facing more and more new challenges.This article starts from a case of student sudden crisis and discusses and discusses how the counselor handles the relationship with the students and their parents in the new era.
