大学生创新训练对本科人才培养的促进作用分析

Analysis on the Promotion Effect of College Students' Innovation Training on Undergraduate Talents Training

大学生创新训练对于培养大学生的创新意识,创新思路和创新思维有很好的加强作用,以近几年采矿工程专业为例,介绍了我专业大学生创新训练的立项类型主要采用自主选题和导师命题两种类型;阐述了创新训练项目的主要实施过程分为四个阶段,并介绍了每一阶段的主要方法与考核要求;最后总结了大学生创新训练计划的成果体现形式及对于我专业本科人才培养的效果,阐明了创新训练项目对培养研究型本科人才的促进作用。

College students’ innovative training plays a very important role in cultivating college students’ innovative consciousness,innovative thinking.Taking the mining engineering major in recent years as an example,the project establishment type of college students’ innovation training for mining professional is mainly divided into self-selected topics and instructor propositions;and then it is elaborated that the main implementation process of innovative training programs is divided into four stages,and the main methods and assessment requirements for each stage are introduced;and finally it is summarized including the results of the innovative training program for college students and the effect on the training of my professional undergraduate talents.The results show that the innovation training programs have an important role in cultivating research-oriented undergraduate talents.
