信息化、动态化条件下传统侦查措施与信息化侦查方法应用初探

随着计算机信息技术高速发展,社会的各方面发展都呈现出信息化趋势。公安工作自然也不例外,正在逐步向信息化模式转变,来应对日益特殊的新型犯罪手段。而传统侦查措施在信息化背景下难以再套用以往经验模式,但过快的信息化进程,也使得侦查工作产生异化。因此,综合运用传统侦查措施与信息化侦查方法,拓展提升相互交叉配合作战能力成为侦查工作的当务之急。

With the rapid development of computer information technology,the development of all aspects of society has shown an information trend.Public security work is no exception,and it is gradually shifting to an information-based model to cope with increasingly new and unique criminal methods.However,traditional investigative measures are difficult to apply past experience models in the context of informationization,but the too fast informationization process has also caused the investigation work to be alienated.Therefore,the comprehensive use of traditional investigative measures and informational investigation methods to expand and enhance mutual cross-competition capabilities has become an urgent task of investigation.
