摘要
学科的研究内容决定了学科人才培养的特点,根据动力工程及工程热物理学科特点和国家对动力机械领域人才的需求,本文探索并实践了工程应用学科研究生的培养模式,形成团队式导师制的培养方式、以科学研究为导向的培养理念、一组一会的培养管理制度,有效促进工程应用型研究生的"立体化"发展。
The research content of the discipline determines the characteristics of the discipline talent training.According to the characteristics of power engineering and engineering thermophysics and the country’s demand for talents in the field of power machinery,this paper explores and practices the training mode of engineering application discipline graduate students,forming a team-based tutor system.Training methods,scientific research-oriented training concepts,and a group of training management systems to effectively promote the "three-dimensional" development of engineering applied graduate students.
