摘要 随着我国科学技术研究的不断深入,越来越多的新技术被应用到了实际的行业发展过程中。近年来,随着环缝自动焊接机技术的应用,不仅仅能够高效的进行各不同种类的环形切缝进行焊接,进而在保证高效进行的同时进一步提升环缝焊接的质量情况,同时,为了更加高效地应用环缝焊接技术,数控、自动化技术也逐渐被应用在了实际的数控环缝焊接环节。本文通过对我国现阶段数控环缝自动焊接设备的设计理念、常见问题等进行阐述、分析,从而探讨优化数控环缝自动焊接机的设计方式,从而在根本上促进我国数控环缝焊接的设计和使用。 With the deepening of science and technology research in China,more and more new technologies have been applied to the actual industry development process.In recent years,with the application of automatic girth welding machine technology,it can not only efficiently weld different kinds of girth,but also further improve the quality of girth welding while ensuring high efficiency.At the same time,in order to more efficient application of girth welding technology,numerical control,automation technology,also gradually applied to the actual numerical control girth welding.This paper expounds and analyzes the design concept and common problems of NC girth automatic welding equipment at present in China,and discusses the optimization of the design method of NC girth automatic welding machine,so as to promote the design and use of NC girth welding in China fundamentally.
