摘要
本科生导师制是一种全新的培养高素质和创新型人才的教育制度。本文以贵州大学资源环境学院资源勘查工程专业为例,阐述了在地质专业本科生中实施导师制的必要性,分析了导师制在地质专业本科生中初步的实施及其有益的探索,指出在实施过程中存在的难点,并提出多样化、个性化、行业特色化的人才培养模式是地质专业本科生培养发展的趋势。
The college tutorial system is a brand new education system for cultivating high quality and innovative talents.Taking the undergraduate majoring in resource exploration engineering of Guizhou University as an example,this paper reveals the necessity,process,inspiration and existing difficulties of putting the college tutorial system into practice in geology students.And the most important trend in cultivating the geological talents is that exploring in a diversified,individualized,industry-based talent-training mode to educate geological students.
