摘要
我国中小学实施海洋教育课程是适应"一带一路"构想,适应世界教育改革发展趋势的重大举措,有助于提升学生综合素质,完善学生核心素养。然而我国中小学海洋教育课程建设及实施还在探索中缓慢向前发展,存在一些不足,需要借鉴国外及我国沿海地区海洋教育发展的先进经验,结合我国实际走一条适合自己的课程建设及实践之路。
The implementation of marine education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in China is an important measure to adapt to the concept of ＂one belt and one road＂ and adapt to the trend of world education reform and development.It helps to improve students’ comprehensive quality and improve their core literacy.However,the construction and implementation of marine education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in China is still developing slowly,and there are some shortcomings.It is necessary to learn from the advanced experience of marine education development in foreign countries and coastal areas of China and take a suitable course construction and practice road in combination with China’s actual situation.
