高校二级学院国际化教育现状及优化策略

The Status Quo and Optimization Strategy of International Education in Secondary Colleges

随着近几年来我国教育改革的不断推进以及国际化潮流趋势的进一步加强,实现国际化教育,培养一批具有国际视野的卓越人才也成为了诸多高校的主要任务之一。二级学院作为各高校的重要组织构架,其在教学过程中的国际化水平和能力也影响着整个高校的国际化教育水平。虽然当前许多高校的国际化教育在不断推进,但是仍然存在着许多的不足之处,影响了国际化教学水平的提高。本文笔者将基于农学院"统筹推进和提升国际化办学"的调研,分析当前高校二级学院的国际化教育现状,分析其存在的问题,并提出相应的优化策略,为相关的高校教育工作者提供一定的参考和借鉴。

With the continuous advancement of China＇s education reform and the further strengthening of the trend of inter-nationalization in recent years, achieving international education and cultivating a group of outstanding talents with interna-tional vision have become one of the major tasks of many universities. As an important organizational structure of colleges and universities, the secondary colleges have an international level and ability in the teaching process. Although the international education of many colleges and universities is constantly advancing, there are still many shortcomings that have affected the improvement of the level of international teaching. In this paper, the author will analyze the current situation of international education in secondary colleges based on the research of ＂coordinating and upgrading internationalized schools＂, and analyze the existing problems, and provide reference to propose correspondin~ optimization strategies for relevant college educators.
