章程时代地方高校推进依法治校的路径研究

Research on the Ways of Promoting School Management by Law in Local Colleges and Universities in the Age of Regulation

党的十八届四中全会全面提出了依法治国的战略方针,地方高校必须积极推进依法治校,但是地方高校的法制建设仍然存在着许多问题,从而在一定意义上影响着地方高校推进依法治校的进程。本文详细分析了地方高校在章程时代下推进依法治校的主要问题以及如何推进依法治校,以期给广大学者提供理论上的参考。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee comprehensively put forward the strategic prin-ciple of ruling the country according to law. Local colleges and universities must actively promote the rule of law, but there are still many problems in the legal system construction of local colleges and universities, which in some sense affect the process of local universities to promote the rule of law. This paper analyzes in detail the main problems of local colleges and tmiversi-ties in promoting the rule of law in the era of regulation and how to promote the rule of law, so as to provide theoretical refer-ences for the majority of scholars.
