在新常态下,如何面对工作中出现的新情况、新变化,更加高效地创新工会工作是高校工会面临的一项新课题。本文分析了高校工会当前工作的困境以及国内外学者的研究成果,提出以"特色项目制"为抓手,创新工会工作机制和形式,可以有效破解高校工会工作创新难问题,并为更好服务学校发展大局提供一些有益的尝试和实证依据。

Under the new normal, how to face the new situation and new changes in the work, and to innovate me work OI me trade union more efficiently is a new topic for the trade unions of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the plight of the current work of university trade unions and the research results of scholars at home and abroad, and puts forward a ＂char-acteristic project system＂ as the starting point, innovative work mechanism and form of trade unions can effectively solve the problem of innovation in the work of trade unions in colleges and universities, and provide some useful attempts to better serve the overall situation of the development of schools and empirical evidence.
