基于实战型的工商管理类创新创业人才培养的实践教学模式研究

Research on Practical Teaching Mode of Cultivating Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents Based on Practical Types of Business Administration

在"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,高校工商管理专业如何顺应新时代经济发展,改变传统的创新创业人才培养模式,已成为各高校亟待研究和解决的重要课题。目前,工商管理专业创新创业人才培养中主要存在创新创业教育与专业教育脱节、创新创业导师队伍薄弱、创新创业人才培养教学体系不完善等问题。本文尝试探索一种较合理的工商管理专业创新创业人才培养的实践教学模式,有效提升大学生创新创业的思维和能力,让大学生真正具备实战能力。

Under the background of＂mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation＂, how to adapt to the economic development of the new era and change the traditional cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Colleges and universities has become an important issue to be studied and solved. At present, there are some problems in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the major of business administration, such as the disconnection between innovative and entrepre-neurial education and professional education, the weak team of innovative and entrepreneurial mentors, and the imperfect tea-ching system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation. This paper attempts to explore a more reasonable business management professional innovation and entrepreneurship training practice teaching mode, effectively enhance the thinking and ability of college students to innovate and entrepreneurship, so that college students have real combat ability.
